Board members:

This is just to remind you we have a board meeting at 7 PM tonight in the band room. We have a lot to address, but we will move as quickly as possible.

There will be a printed agenda tonight, but it is not yet complete enough to print. I had asked anyone with business to present to please provide me with a list of items prior to today so that I could list them on the agenda. I will hold this open until 5:15 PM today for items to be added. If your items are not listed, and not deemed urgent by the board, your presentation or motion may be tabled until our next meeting.

Report of President on a number of financial issues
Changes to the way we do concessions
Status of the Choo Choo

We need your wisdom and input. Please come help us with the business of supporting the Hixson High School Band.
