To All HHS Band Board Members:

I, Tommy Boatfield, hereby tender my resignation from the board effective immediately, October 24, 2008, due to numerous conflicts and disagreements with Warren Baker and Matt McHenry. I trust there will be no repercussions against my son, Daniel, as he has no interest in this. I will also honor my commitment to drive the truck the next two weeks for the band trips. My resignation is to hopefully keep down any further distractions from what should be an environment centered around the children, not adults that are not able to get along. I do not wish to discuss this matter any further. I consider it a privilege and an honor to have served the children of HHS Band for the last three years. I will do whatever I can to support the children of HHS Band whenever my schedule permits. Please do not contact me with any further board business.
