Monday September 14th we will be having a Board Meeting at 6:00 pm and then a Booster Meeting at 6:30.

Please make sure you are in attendance because we will be taking the final vote to adopt the new bylaws.

I have sent a booster newsletter also today with the following information and another to remind parents of the coke pick-up today. Please let me know if you need anything else sent.

Band Booster Meeting Monday, September 14th.

BOOSTER MEETING - Please plan on attending. We have a lot of information for the band parents and we also will be holding the final vote to adopt the new Band Booster Bylaws.

BAND PRACTICE SCHEDULE CHANGE - Starting 9/14/09 band practice will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 2:30 - 4:30 pm. This change will ensure the students who are also involved in sports will be able to attend.

CHOO CHOO - As a reminder we still have several items that we need donated for the Choo Choo Classic on September 26th. Some of the items needed are listed below. A full list will be available on the band's website tomorrow. Please check the website for all things related to the band.

WE NEED:
(4) Trucks with trailer hitches or four-wheelers to pull trailers - standard or extended cab trucks only please. Anything larger might not be able to make sharp turns with the trailers.
