Board Members:

We will not be having a board meeting this evening. There are really no new topics as our main concern right now is the Wrapping Booth. If we get some people who will be willing to cover the open two weeks, then we may need a meeting to firm up plans for set-up and break-down. I will wait until the end of this week for volunteers who will be in charge of the wrapping booth. At that point, we will need the next week to give everyone the opportunity to sign up to work Wrapping Booth. Remember, we lost money at Choo-Choo. We will make money at wrapping booth. As a board, you should start thinking about what other options we have with wrapping booth. Do we share with another organization, turn it over to another organization. Like Choo-Choo, not having the wrapping booth this year is really not an option. I really hope we don’t pass up this “100% will make money” fund raiser. All the other fund raisers combined will not make what we can make during Wrapping Booth. Ple
ase pass the word – I don’t care how the time is divided. If you want to be over 2 days of the Wrapping Booth, great, as long as we cover the time still open. I will also be sending a reminder out to the general membership regarding the above. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
