LET’S TRY THIS AGAIN

REMINDER! The final day to turn in Coke sale forms is Thursday, August 14. Booster parents will be at school in the morning (7:15) to pick up forms. Ms. Couch will make an announcement in the morning to let students know when to come to the Commons. There will also be parents in the Band room after school until 3:00. Cokes may be picked up on Wednesday, August 27, between 2:15 and 6:00, and on Thursday August 28, after the Band exhibition.

According to Hamilton County policy, Mr. McHenry cannot accept these funds. All monies must be turned in to a Booster member.

We are in need of parents and band members to help load on the 27th and 28th. If you are able to help, please respond to this e-mail.
