Its that time of year again. One of our largest fundraisers, the wrapping booth at Northgate mall, will begin in a couple of weeks.
Thanks to Marcello Osario and Condor Hosting, the signup for the wrapping booth is available on-line on our website, www.hixsonband.org.
Please take a few moments and register you and your student for shifts at the wrapping booth. A copy of the signup spreadsheet will also be available in the band room for the students to use to register.
The hardest shifts to cover are the day shifts from 10am to 3pm and all shifts the week of Christmas.
Help is always needed to setup the Kiosk on the evening of November 30th and to disassemble and load it on the truck on Christmas Eve.
Remember, this fundraiser is critical in keeping our band fees the lowest in the area.
Alumni and their families are also encouraged to signup for shifts.
