To all Hixson High Band Boosters:


Parents, please note that for this years wrapping booth EVERYONE (parents & students) has to have a signed waiver on file before you can work a shift in the wrapping booth. These waiver forms are attached as PDF files to this email. Please return completed and signed forms to the school or bring them to the wrapping booth prior to your first working shift. Copies of these forms will also be sent home with the students. Completed forms will be kept in the booth (in a red binder) as proof that we are in compliance with the mall’s policies. Furthermore, you must sign in and out of the wrapping booth on forms that will be provided for that purpose.

Thank you for using the online link from our website <http://hixsonband.org/>; to sign up for your shifts at the wrapping booth, However, there are PLENTY of spots left open.

We also need help in setting the booth up on the afternoon of Sunday, Nov 30th. We will meet at the school at 5 PM to load everything into the rental truck. We cannot begin work to setup our kiosk in the mall until after 6 PM. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail me, and again thanks for all you do.
