2010 Band t-shirt (Be sure your t-shirt is washed before Friday morning!)
Tennis shoes or band shoes (no flip flops or sandals)

Remember: pregame will be just like last week; halftime will be the same two songs, but the opener will be played WITH DRILL, so make sure to pay attention in rehearsal this week!

The game will end around 10:00. Students will march back to the band room, put up instruments and clean up before being dismissed. Make plans to pick up your student around 10:15-10:30.


Hixson High PTSA Open House and Band Booster Meeting

On Thursday, August 26th, at 6:30 pm, the PTSA is sponsoring an Open House at Hixson High School. This is an opportunity to find out what's happening at the school, to follow your student's schedule (briefly) and to meet his or her teachers. Immediately after Open House, there will be a full membership meeting of the Hixson High Band Boosters. If your child is currently in band, please make plans to attend the Open House and the Band Booster meeting.
